What's happens when a claim must be submitted?

Call us immediately so we can keep the driver at the scene.  We will start investigating and mediate the issue to resolve the problem.


Will I receive tracking information for the shipment in transit?

Yes, we’ll give confirmation of the pick up and delivery.  Tracking of load location and status will be updated at 9am each day your shipment is in transit to it's destination.  For additional tracking movements will be available upon request.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is available to answer your questions 24/7/365 during shipments in progress.  Scheduling and all other questions will be addressed during normal operating business hours by phone, email, or Facebook.


What are the normal operating business hours?

Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Special hours:

Saturday 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Sunday 3:00pm - 5:00pm

All hours are eastern time zone.  Please advise major holidays can cause changes in operating hours.
